    The gate between Rockmill Park and the adjacent office building parking lot allows cars to cut through the office parking lot to avoid the Kimball Bridge/North Point Parkway intersection. Every afternoon cars back up from the traffic signal at the entrance of the park, through the office parking lot and onto Royal Blvd South blocking the roadway. This gate needs to be functional (it’s been stuck open for months) and utilize a key pad to prevent widespread use of the gate as a cut through from North Point Parkway to Kimball Bridge. The attached picture shows cars backed up on Royal Blvd South at 5:30 on a Tuesday.

    Very poor water pressure in the drinking fountains at the Rock Mill Park bathrooms. So little water comes out that they are almost unusable.

    During rush hour the green light cycle exiting Rock Mill Park is extremely short and only allows 2 or 3 cars (if the third car enters the intersection on yellow) to exit per cycle.
