    Original intersection was safe navigation for a bicycle. Now that it's modified, it is very tricky & very dangerous if riding too fast. Needs warning signs on downhill approach "cyclists control your speed" and "dangerous intersection ahead"

    For over 5 years, excessive & damaging volumes of stormwater has dumped on the Willow Glen condo community property from Glenridge Dr each time it rains

    We have been talking to various city staff and officials for over 5 years about this, yet there has been no fix proposed.

    Further, the engineer for the T-0043 project said he was NOT aware of this problem!
