    5716 Grove Avenue Richmond, Virginia - Richmond Precinct 3

    The base of the traffic light pole is rusted through. In the attached photo you can see daylight all the way from one side to the other. It could very easily fall into the road, onto cars, or pedestrians.

    Also the aluminum plate beside the post is a trip hazard. I know of at least one serious trip and fall injury due to the failing hole cover (aluminum plate).
