Yomomma

Every day i have to slam on my breaks to stop for someone crossing the street on the dont walk signal. we need a jaywalking bylaw......even though the people that do this dont have the means to pay for such tickets.....lets get this under control because it is ridiculous....in no other cities do you see such a thing happening? what are we doing wrong?
