kiosk cancels transaction whenever I press print receipt. tried multiple cards. out of paper?

there are boards with nails sticking out leftover from when City contractor was redoing sidewalks.

there is a portable toilet on this corner for construction workers repairing sidewalk. it is unlocked and attracts around the clock traffic as people seem to have a homing device on this available portojohn. contractor should lock toilet when work is not ongoing.

third week in a row of no recycling collection. why is this?

missed recycle collection for second week in a row.

recycling not collected. it is on the side of the house, South side of Buchanan St NW

White minivan has been here for months, does not belong to anyone on the block. One tire is flat, another is missing. Does have DC plates but no registration sticker.

Collection is missed about half the time.

This is the third week in a row. Every time we report it gets "resolved" but recycling is not picked up. Bin is full, this must be collected.

There remains a glass door on the tree lawn of this property. It's been there for months and has been reported at least 3 times. The last response was that it would be collected with street cleaning. However, this street doesn't have street cleaning. It's been 2 weeks since the most recent report. Please resolve.

OK, now we never get our trash collected. What gives? Seriously, please contact me with an explanation. All our neighbors do. This is at least the third week in a row our trash hasn't been collected.
