There have been several car accidents an many more near misses due to a flawed intersection design that has cars regularly illegally passing turning cars and limited sight lines when exiting (legally) from Dunwoody Station Subdivision.

Several hollies and magnolias planted by the city as replacements for trees for ones removed during sidewalk construction along mount Vernon are dead or dying. These trees have not been care for although city officials has committed to caring for the trees.

City planted trees (5) have died. Michaela Smith with city said they would be replaced in October.
