    There is a long road/driveway along the west River baseball fields. There is an indoor soccer complex in the rear of the land and cars drive way to fast down the service road/driveway. There is no speed limit sign, caution sign or speed bumps. Children are riding scooters, bicycles, roller blades and walking all around here. Something needs to be done about the speeding. Not to mention parents/drivers are also often looking down at their phones or looking back talking to children in their car. Probably getting last second things together before their game or practice.
