Large depression on the easement by the curb on 2630 Highland Lakes Blvd. This is an over 55+ community and is a serious tripping hazard.

There is a large part of the curb that needs to be replaced due to tree roots. The trees are being taken down and the driveway is being repaired. It is an elderly community and this posses a serious tripping hazard. The easement/curb need to be repaired in order to match up with the road.

There is a large drainage problem behind 4 building and causing a severe mosquito problem from standing water. This is an over 55 community and could affect unit owners health.

I am the property manager for Villas on the Green IV in Highland Lakes. I have placed numerous request to have the county come and assess the tree situation at 865 MacLaren Dr. N. There is a tree that is on county property that needs to be removed immediately. It has lifted up the easement on the road and is causing severe damage to the driveway. It is terribly uneven and cracked. There has been one resident trip on the broken concrete and fall. The resident needed assistance getting back up. This is a huge liability for the county and it needs to be addressed before one of the unit owners decides to take action against the county. Repair of the sinkhole at the corner of Highlands Blvd and Whitebridge Dr. by the main water meter. It is at the storm drain and is marked by Pinellas County with three stakes.
***This is the same issue #1616496 (4/28/15) that was sent to the Publics Works Dept which they then closed out on 8/4/15. This issue should NOT have been closed and has not been taken care of or addressed in anyway. The issue is getting worse and has now affecting the road which now needs addressed. This is in a 55 and older community and posses a hazard to the residents in the community.

This is a county road that over time the tree roots have lifted up the road. This is now a tripping hazard to the people that live here and walk in the street to get their mail where the road meets the easement as the road is raised higher.

While cleaning out the drain. Pinellas County drove on private driveway and created a large depression due to the size of their truck. Work could have been done from main road.
