Day five of this vehicle being parked on a side street. Under consistently violates the 72 hour parking rule. And leave the car here parts for weeks until street sweeping requires he move it. It's very instructive because it's a small narrow our street and he tends to park very close to people's driveways or right behind them making entrance and exit difficult. We i've tried speaking with him numerous times, to no avail. A ticket would certainly help. Thank you.
