    E. Coulter And S . Park Drive, Collingswood, New Jersey - Collingswood
    There is a pothole that is about 8 inches deep in some parts and about 3.5 feet wide at the corner of S. Park and E. Coulter. It is filled with water and I've seen birds bathing in it. If one hit's it unexpectedly, you could damage your car. Clearly a hazard and a mosquito breeding ground.
