    Light goes out constantly (every time it rains?). It causes a massive traffic jamb thru a very busy elementary carpool lane and construction entrance. This poses a serious safety risk for kids walking to and from school and a serious challenge for the crossing guard at this intersection. New lights were installed over a year ago but have never been activated!
