The bike trail at the intersection of Cappell and Singer NE to the south of Singer. The ramp leading to the bike trial is covered with sand. This is dangerous and caused me to fall from my bicycle when I was turning from Singer to the bike trail. The sand is from storm water runoff and needs to swept or a regular basis to prevent it from accumulating. Same for the trail to the east of the North Diversion Channel.
