    This house at the NW corner of S. 18th and Latona has been abandoned. A sign has been placed on the door related to eviction and mortgage foreclosure. The fascia is falling from the roof (posing a danger to pedestrians) trash blocks the entrance, and windows are broken. This property is a major nuisance. L and I has not been here to inspect and seal the property. PLEASE FIX!!
