Thole signage for southbound eckington place NE traffic in the right lane is dangerously ignored. The right lane is instructed to only follow Florida ave westbound but cars continually cross over into the traffic circle. This causes a bottle neck of cars this blocking westbound Florida ave traffic. This is seen in the attached picture this is chronically done by all vehicles. Especially the FedEx trucks. This needs to be addressed. There needs to be a person there to direct traffic because no one obeys the signs
