    The intersection of Northbank and Mercer Mill Roads is full of potholes at the stop sign. Traveling on Northbank Rd, you need to veer over to the far right OR into the oncoming lane to avoid them at the stop sign.
  • Elbow Lane Elkton, Maryland - Cecil County
    Elbow Lane off of Appleton Rd in Elkton, is nearly impassable. The potholes are between Appleton Rd. and Flint Hill Rd. The temporary rocks used to fill the holes are piled up on the shoulder and the holes are deep. A sign indicating "rough road" is an insufficient solution to this bumpy nightmare. Please fix this! It appears to be in Cecil County, not in PA.
