Aggressive dogs at location (2). Owner keeps gate in bad condition and the dogs have repeatedly ran outside and aggressively approached me when I walked by. I actually thought they were going to attack me. The dogs can just slide between the gate when it's closed. I will also submit am aggressive dog statement via mail to BARC tomorrow. One dog is a medium black pit bull mix, approx 40 lbs. Other is a white pit bull mix, about the same size. I never see people on the property after hours, they just leave and keep the dogs unattended with the substandard gate. Location is some kind of an truck sales lot.

At intersection of Wayside and Harrisburg, Wayside lights are stuck on red. Causing traffic backup and people to run the red light

This intersection always floods badly, really needs a storm sewer drain in it plz!

Loose dogs on street

Large German Shepherd dog wandering around area and coming into businesses. Approx 60 lbs, with black collar

Someone's dumped a few mattes session and lots of other garbage in black bags on the side of the street. I believe it is city of Houston property; immediately adjacent to the bayou/ship channel.

School zone speed limit sign with flashing lights is knocked down, on west side of Wayside, in front of Jack in the Box. Hit by a car, I think.

The pavement here about 100
ft west of Macario Garcia Dr is getting pretty bad. Buckling and sinking in, in front of the tire shop.

There are numerous loose dogs in this general area, during day and night. They are let run loose by their owners, and chase pedestrians, bicycles, and cars. I have to struggle to keep them from coming into my business here, and I know other business owners have the same issues. Please keep animal control around here; it won't take them long to find the dogs.

Awty school is turning on stadium lights at 6 am while it's still dark, which shine directly into 50+ apartment unit windows at 1255 N Post Oak. Lights are for the soccer field and running track. Wasn't sure to call police or via 311.
