    The traffic control for the gas main project is inadequate for pedestrians or bicyclists. The traffic control does not meet the requirements of the MUTCD Figure 6H-28 and 29 http://mutcd.fhwa.dot.gov/pdfs/2009r1r2/part6.pdf.

    I would have discussed this with Department of Public Utilities but they do not have anyone answering their phones today.
