  • 1600 Hertel Ave Buffalo, NY - North Park
Multiple dead trees are planted on the city's right-of-way. They look terrible. Is the city or the property owner responsible for these? Can we at least tear the dead trees down?
  • 1725 Hertel Ave Buffalo, NY - North Park
Vacant 'Fast Track Quick Lube' building isn't being maintained. Trash is accumulating on the property. The interior (which is highly visible) is falling apart. There is a giant hole (safety hazard) in the parking lot. It's an eyesore in the neighborhood!
  • Ohio And Ganson St Buffalo, NY - Tifft
Please put signs up indicating the path from Riverfest Park to the outer harbor. It's great that there are people out and about to get directions from if you need, but if there is no one around it can be intimidating. Perhaps maybe a painted lane on the side of the road.
  • Hertel Buffalo, NY - North Delaware
On the section of Hertel between Delaware and Elmwood (and other places in the city). Lines need to be painted so drivers can figure out how to drive. Some drivers use both lanes, some drivers stay right in the middle, some drivers swerve back and forth. Very dangerous for drivers and pedestrians. Could be solved with either a dashed white line or a solid white line. Shouldn't be too expensive either.
  • 1675 Hertel Ave Buffalo, NY - North Park
I believe this is a National Grid owned property who is letting their property maintenance slip. The grass is patchy and weedy. Needs to be painted. Doesn't do much good for the neighboring restaurant. Looks terrible!

Traffic light timing needs to be adjusted. Heading westbound, just as the light from the Tops parking lot turns green, the Kenmore Ave light turns red. This corrals cars between the two traffic lights. The light to the Tops parking lot then turns red before the Kenmore Ave light turns green and only a handful of cars can get through each cycle! It could be a simple fix if the effort was put in.
