Someone is constantly dumping their recyclables on the RR hill. A kindly gentleman is picking up the cans but not the bottles. There are plastic bags and other unsightly garbage strewn along the tracks and surrounding areas as well. The private home' s pristine white fence parallel to the tracks has also been vandalized by graffiti. If the garbage keeps growing, vandalism and more crime will continue.
