City-maintained fence between Rush St. and Knowles St. is damaged allowing folks to use it as a cut through across private property.

Several dogs left outside in all weather with no shelter. Incessant barking and crying all night. Owners have been asked to keep them inside, but have not.

Many trucks (dumptrucks and 18-wheelers, mostly) mistakenly turn left off S. Wilmington St. onto Layden St. into Hertford Village. They believe they will be able to get to Hammond Rd. that way. There is a small 'No Trucks' sign on Layden, but the drivers don't see it until they're already in the neighborhood. They find themselves trapped at the end of Knowles St. Our yard has been torn up several times by 18-wheelers trying to turn around in the cul-de sac. I think a 'No Trucks' sign hanging with the left turn stoplight at Wilmington and Layden would help greatly.

Turkey leg guy is leaking grease into the street/sewer.
