Illegal Dumping. 24 - black 55 gallon steel barrels illegally dumped sitting here for weeks now. Also across in the other side of the road misc trash dumped. Intersection of 3300 Maury at 1700 Bigelow.

Meter is in front of the Blue Wave Car Wash, but connects to the Daycare/School next door.

Fast flowing water coming up through the grass on the North side of Whittington Dr at approximately 12730 Whittington Dr Houston, TX 77077.

Malfunction of the timing if the signal changes. The lights are signaling too quickly for enough cars to make it through. This has changed and is not the normal timing here. Something is malfunctioning. Thank you.

Location: approx. 1007 Dairy Ashford, Center Lanes of Dairy Ashford Southbound. The road surface has settled causing large vertical edges of the roadway to be exposed at the edges of the sections of road. The edges can grab the sides of vehicles tires and do damage and throw the vehicles sideways suddenly when encountered and unexpected. Drivers are unaware their vehicle may be moved from side to side without warning when theses are encountered. They also cause tire damage. Theses are in many places down Dairy Ashford where the ground has either settled or been eroded under the road surface, This case is probably the later case since it is next to this sewer drain. Thank you.

Location: At the intersection of 1000 Block of Dairy Ashford @ Barryknoll, The Center South Bound Lane. The center lane is a patchwork of prior attempts to repair this area. The center/middle Southbound lane has a hump effect and pops cars and trucks up when they encounter it doing suspension damage over time. It needs a complete proper repair. The patch work fixes are not enough here. Thank you.

Location: Houston Airport System Property, Taxi Staging Lot, at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), Address: 5051 Wright Rd. Please install a sewer drain and grade the Personal "Prearranged Taxicabs Only" parking area so it does not flood when it rains and remains so for many days afterwards. The drivers with prearranged trips have to park there to turn in their required paperwork for each trip. The parking is limited here when busy and much of the area days after it rains still remains flooded. Each driver has to cross this area to turn in their required city paperwork when picking up taxi personal prearranged trips at IAH. A sewer drain system needs to be installed and the pavement graded to drain off water. Thank you.

Strategic Image Improvement Zones Needed. The corridors into each of Houston's airports (IAH and HOU) and main HOV entrances / exits, and freeway intersections need a face lift. Especially at Hobby Airport has every visitor passes through low income poverty ridden areas on a patchwork of constantly broken street access points and this is their first impression of Houston - not as a world class city. These corridors should be taken over and major long lasting improvements made to beautify the approach to those visiting and doing business in the Greater Houston Area. We have a huge unwanted homeless & panhandler presence all over Houston and the view down these corridors is not suitied for a good impression for professionals and visitors. The introduction to our city trough theses corridors is presently depressing and highlights brokenness, idleness and lack. Please build corridors where there are no people standing idle along the corridor and in the roadway without resources or purpose. Create a vibrant image of a city that works hard and accomplishes things. Theses corridors at this time give every visitor the images of lack, idleness, poverty, brokeness etc. before they enter or leave our city. Why does it have to be such a bad interduction to what Houston has to offer? I propose we introduce specialized access beautification/improvement corridors and at least make these corridors a priority for the best street repairs, not the worst. People see us through these lenses everyday they come in to town through the airports. It's like showing up for job interviews everyday in a ragged suit and trying to tell your self no one notices. Sure they do. Lets step up our gateways to the city. We need the improvements to compete on a global stage.

One signal light is hanging crooked and the view as you approach the intersection is obstructed due to the angle it is hanging improperly.

Water leak, steady flow at the intersection of Telephone Rd @ 7500 Block of Westover St.

In the HOV exit onto Monroe St there is a small to nedium sized dead tree limb that has fallen on the HOV fence and has been hanging into the far right traffic lane for months. There is room to drive around it in the left lane, but the limb should be removed. The tree is on private property, but the dead limb has fallen on the HOV property fence and into the lane of traffic.
