  • West Rock Ave Near Whalley New Haven, Connecticut - Westville
The Edgewood Park trees along West Rock Ave are in need of significant pruning to maintain long life. For example, several fruit trees are years without necessary pruning and a coniferous tree is crowded out between two other trees, likely to die and take others with it.
Given there currently exists a fallen tree nearby (recent storm damage by basketball court), could Parks remove the crowded coniferous tree to allow space for the other trees to grow well? Is it possible for any members of FOEP to help Parks with pruning the trees? FOEP might be a resource to lighten the task...

The tree in front of my house is intertwined with the utility lines. I am interested in having a review of the tree and possibly removing it. I am also interested in having a replacement tree that will not reach the power lines.
