    Someone dumped a sofa at the corner of Stella Link Rd and the South Loop. The homeless are sitting on it throwing their trash there. I just picked up all the trash there this week. I saw the people dumping but they left before I could get a picture. They disrupted traffic by carrying it across three lanes with other people yelling at them. I want it removed.

    removal - we¹ve tried to get permission in the past under our mission
    statement regarding the part about ³community and natural values". But we
    were not successful. There were environmental concerns and other reasons
    like graffiti not impacting stormwater capacity nor conveyance. You may
    want to reach out to the city to see if they have a program in place.

    Piling up of remodeling debris directly on the ground-no bin in evidence. The work on the house has already been cited for lack of permit. The pile is unsightly and will attract vermin.
