trash,falling down fences,old furniture on lawns/dumped beside bussiness,over grown grass, falling down homes, parking on grass, useing back yards as GARBAGE DUMP ,empty store fronts/buildings for years,pot hole streets,beautiful rehab belknap,one historical theatre just setting,wonderful used carlots, pawnshops/payday loan sharks,etc etc etc. what happend to home and bussiness pride ? we look like far south hemphill. pride starts with city hall / bussiness / then home.

wheres the grass? plenty of cars and trucks parking on entire front yard. makes the neighbors look great !! some times it looks like a bussiness.

speeding on haltom road from belknap to 121 fwy. posted is 30. most go 45 and up. mournings are a nightmare.

the slums better known as apartments need a close inspection. over flowing trash, furniture setting on curbs, at times cars on blocks. GREAT for the seniors to have to look at and not a safe area to go to the two nice parks.

has been in bad shape for a long time . thay will not clean it up.
