ONCE AGAIN, the City fails in basic services. Ticketing tomorrow at the whopping price of $100, but signs NOT POSTED until today, AND not at the REQUIRED distance. You put one sign on a tree midway between 323 Lexington and the corner of E Grand and Lexington. How do you expect residents to see that? Unacceptable. Discriminatory. PUT PERMANENT SIGNS TO REMIND PEOPLE OF THE "3rd Friday of the month" on odd side, etc. It is really not that hard, and we've been requesting it for years. Alder Santana, do your job.
