Today's snowfall produced an accumulation of snow on the path rising from the subway, past Duane Reade and Riverwalk Bar & Grill to the bus stop near 425. I mentioned it to the staff of 425 who said it is RIOC's responsibility to clear the pathway. However, the staff of 425 sometimes do this shoveling. I called RIOC who claimed, perhaps incorrectly, that it is the responsibility of the building staff to clear the path. This walkway is public access and should be properly maintained by RIOC. One hour later, some of the snow was dissipated by the rain, but the rest was waiting to be shoveled.

Tram bathroom needs to be cleaned and get rid of smell of urine.

The Red Bus did not wait for passengers arriving on the 9:37 pm tram. Because it is raining, the bus should have waited for passengers to leave the Tram Plaza and board 10 steps east of the stairs.

It seems that most passengers walk to the bus stop near the visitor Center Kiosk and do not know they can board the Red Bus at the staircase.

The Bus Czar should tell drivers and Tram operators to clearly inform passengers that they can board the Red Bus near the stair and ride around the loop, so they don't get wet on the way to the bus stop.

Lights adjacent to Meditation Steps are out.

This morning's rush hour was even more chaotic and congested because there was only ONE DOOR to enter and exit the subway.
