Cars parked here are in the travel lanes and cause backups all the way to Main Street in the mornings. This area had temporary no parking signs for a few months after the road switched to two-way, but permanent signs have not been placed.

    This section of 18th street used to be three lanes leading up to Broad Street. After the two way conversion, parked cars on the right side throttle this to a one lane road. This causes backups in the mornings on both Grace St and 18th St. Please consider making this a no parking zone to reduce congestion in the mornings (opening to two lanes from Grace to Broad)

    There are frequently 4 or more parked cars on the SE-bound side of Main St. in the no parking zones overnight. Signs indicate there is no parking from 4pm-6am everyday. Please either be more consistent in ticketing these cars or adjust the parking rules.
