    Leaves have piled up in the ditch and blocked water flow. Leaves and water come onto and over road with every rain now. There are two severe areas but the whole ditch all the way up Bankhead and Fearn need attention. Clean out and dipping in placing.

There is also a streetlight on a pole between the entrance and exit. It needs to be moved to the entrance. The lights on the city sewer building light the area between very well, eliminating need for streetlight between entrance and exit.
