Resident of 76 Bass Avenue reports during a personal visit to the Mayor's Office that because the sidewalk is "raised up" in front of her home, she took a serious fall last week. She also states that she has made numerous calls to DPW about the sidewalk issue with no response.

Resident of 9 Bellevue Avenue reports via phone call to Mayor's Office that for 3 weeks in a row, trash was not picked up. Recycle WAS picked up. Resident called Hiltz and was told they would contact the driver about the missed trash pick up. Resident is not happy with the customer service received from Hiltz and is asking for resolution.

Resident of Pleasant Street reports to Mayor's Office via telephone call at 8:45 am, January 25, 2016, that plow drivers on Saturday night, January 23, 2016, "plowed at least 5 inches of snow onto the sidewalk in front of Holy Cow Ice Cream Shop and other areas, creating what she considers a public safety hazard. Sidewalks need to be cleared and plow drivers should be told to "not plow snow onto sidewalks".

Resident reports to Mayor's Office via telephone call that there is a damaged telephone pole at the corner of Middle Street and Dale Avenue in front of the Sawyer Free Library. Resident claims the pole has been damaged since last winter and no action has been taken.

Judy Chandler, 978-281-1893, resident of Barberry Lane, reports in phone call to Mayor's Office that the only streetlight on Barberry Lane has been burned out since May. Resident reports that she has called DPW, Seimens, to no avail. She is asking that with fall/winter approaching, the light be repaired and wants a call back as to when it is going to be done.

Jane Daniel, resident of 4 Hovey Street, reports via voicemail to the Mayor that the streetlight in front of her house has been burned out for several weeks. Resident claims she has made several calls regarding the issue and does not think she should have to be making so many phone calls.

Lucille Page reported to the Mayor's Office via telephone call 10/8/15 that there is a hazardous spot on the Boulevard -- near Bridge Tender's House on the "downtown" side -- Fishermen's Memorial side. Two blocks of pavement are sticking up and she tripped and fell.

Resident of Hovey School condominiums reports via voicemail message to Mayor's Office that street light is out, as well as "a few others behind the Hovey School condominiums" are out. Resident claims it is extremely dark in the area. Resident left a name of Lisa with a phone number of 978-836-9382, should further information be required.

Dan Ruberti reports to the Mayor's Office that there is a bush on the island at Tally's Corner that needs to be trimmed back. Mr. Ruberti reports that he sits on that island to conduct his campaign activities.

Alice Frazier, 5 Herrick Court, 978-281-1182, reports to the Mayor's Office that street light is burned out. Resident states that she has called several times about this.
