    There are a lot of homeless people setting up their "housing" AGAIN at the south end of the ruby lake (?) area. they have bedding and furniture. They walk up and down 26th Ave all hours of the night. Please do something, this is ongoing, every few months they come back with more people and more junk. Putting up fencing or clearing the trees and bushes may be an idea. The entire area has homeless people sleeping in it when I go to work at 3am.

    The Park needless to say as always needs to cut. AGAIN my dog gets lost on walks which is almost impossible to do here at this point. BIGGEST ISSUE: Homeless men living at the south end of the lake. They have couches and beds set up and are using the same "lake" we just had a death occur a few months ago to bathe and use the bathroom in. The benches are also nasty with graffiti and the trash cans are always over flowing with old garbage.

    The light to going to 275/ eastbound on 22nd ave is too short! It's less than 1 minute this causes a huge traffic issue because of the line of cars backed up waiting to get on the interstate. I've waited over 5 Minutes just to get to the turn lane.A Ambulance could not even get through to go southbound on 275 at 3 on a Tuesday because it's so backed up and the cars have no where to move to get out of the way. I've seen the light stay green and the turn arrow go green to keep the turn lane moving once in the past. I drive this every day anywhere between 1-4. And have seen it backed up almost half a mile and it's not even rush hour. PLEASE FIX THIS

    Light is out at corner of 22nd ave and 35th st. VERY dark when turning the corner and can not see people walking

    TRAINS at 1AM!!! In the past 2 or so months there have been trains and their HORNS! Going at 12 and 1AM!! Can the transit fix this? Talk about having pity for the poor people that have small children in bed that live right by the tracks!!

    Tree growing onto power lines and in to neighbors yards, hanging low over ally way.

    There needs to be a sidewalk for increased foot and bicycle traffic on 35th st n between 22nd ave and 30th ave, there is also a school bus stop here, it is very hard to see the children in the early AM standing in the road and people's yard.

    Boat in front yard is a eye sore, the other boat owners on the block has boats stored to side/rear of house as required by city.
