As posted by myself a while back, the hole in the lane remains open and un-repaired. With all the wet weather lately it fills and becomes a safety issue for children and those with disabilities. It also can and has damaged vehicles. Not sure if any of this matters, or just like a cross walk, wait till someone dies or sues the city.

Off of 72ave onto the north/south lane,there exists a large hole near a light standard and the postal boxes. This hole is over 12" deep and filled with water,mud, and debris. This is a safety hazard to children and to motor vehicles. It has gotten worse every spring for the last 5 years.

Every day, a young man goes up and down beside my house and across two streets, through the bus one way and into the Knowledge Way area. Is this not in violation of some kind of bylaw or traffic violation? Enforcement services have been contacted, again nothing ever is done. I have detailed info if they want it, saved them the hard work.
