The city planted tree has grown over the curb and I can't see around it when I exit my driveway. I have almost been hit a couple of times by cars coming from the stop sign located on the corner of Melrose Ave. and Prospect Court. I believe this is the responsibility of the city to maintain their trees. The tree is located between the corner of Melrose Ave. and Prospect Court and my address 1351 Melrose Ave.
Please attend to this matter & let me know when it will be corrected.

There is a HUGE pothole on East Palomar and Judson Way (traveling East). Also from Monserate Ave to Melrose Ave (traveling East) there are 3 to 4 manhole covers that are sinking causing deep potholes. These are re-occurring potholes that appear whenever there is rain. The fixes in the past have only been temporary and have not been fixed permanently.

I am requesting the removal of a 60/70' palm tree in front of my house. We just had solar panels installed on our roof and when ever there is the slightest breeze the palm fronds fly onto my roof. I would like to have this tree removed BEFORE I have damage to the solar panels. I will plant whatever kind of tree the city would approve in its place. If I can't have it removed I would like to know if the city is going to pay for the replacement panels that the fronds damage? These are very big fronds and come down like spears. The city has already planted an other tree right next to the palm so its not like the strip of property will be bare. Thank you,
