The main staircase is ready to collapse. There are several rotten holes in eves along the roof. The city continues ignore the issue. The has come out fixed the sidewalk in front of her house. But will NOT fix sidewalks in front of anyone elses house. Perhaps New Channel 12 should be call. Since that is how the owner of the proptery is able to get city to fix the sidewalk in from of 308. Also there are back taxes owed on house to the city.
