The building that was there was demo by the city two years ago. The put a fence up to keep people from hanging out there. Someone has taken part of the fence down and dump a pile of gravel, there are no permits pulled for this.

House has many code violations. Grass too high. Junk car in backyard.

Tree in front of this address. Large sections of this tree have fallen off over the last couple storms. There are several large dead branches laying across the few live branches that are left. The right wind storm, those branches will come down, if not the entire tree.

House is till unsafe. It appears the owner was found guilty of ALL violations but they continue unabated. Makes people wonder if the owner has friends at city hall.

This property continues to be in code violation.

The car wash is now covered with gang graffiti.

Large amounts of trash in the backyard and front. At least 9 people living at address.

I have reported this issue to the police department Sector 412 Chris Gleason, who forwarded to Robert Capocelli, who was suppose to look into the issue. That was Feb 13th, door is now wide open. Picture is from 2/28/2015

There is red Chevy SUV no tags been left in the parking lot. Usually has a car trailer attached. I believe this used by the car dealer at 500 W Brookland Park Blvd. This issue has been reported previously and was closed with no action taken by the city.

This car dealer continues to park cars in the street. This has been reported multi times. And the owner cleans his act up for a couple of weeks and goes back to parking his inventory on the street. Virginia code states that a car dealership is not allowed to park their inventory of cars on the public street.

The car dealer is parking his inventory of cars in the parking of 400 W Brookland Park Blvd. Dealer is still parking the cars in the street. The City has indicated previously that they are working with owner to resolve. But we have not see ANY change.

The back door to the dinning has been kicked up. Police have been out a couple of times.
