Alley behind hid house is not working correctly.light comes on then goes off for a period off time

please replace street light at the back of 5800 park ave on Chase street (alley) been out for a month now

During the last windstorm, multiple large branches from a dead tree on our block fell and blocked our street. Since the storm, they have been moved to the side but are now obstructing our parking as well as preventing rain flow to storm drains.

New Street Light being installed at corner of N Foushee St and 2 E Grace St. Citizen advised work has not been completed and area has been left untidy (Piles of rubble and dirt from construction and orange safety cones.)
