The Red Bus will take you to Goldwater and the FFP, but will not make pickups unless they have a rider to drop off. This was told to me by a driver. It will get you there, but not get you back.

  Simply put, the entire PUBLIC
  SAFETY PERSONNEL should be REMOVED! This poster has had many horrendous experiences with several PS STAFF. Which begun back in the latter part of the 1990's. Obviously, out of fear I cannot identify myself. But, will be very grateful if there is someone whom I could explain in more details re my hellish experience. Thank you.

All streetlights in east and central portions of Southtown appear to be out. Sunday night, 630pm. Low visibility creates safety issue near riverwalk drop off and park areas.

No stroller access to Bright Horizons at the Ocatagon! Acknowledged

There is snow/ice completely covering the paths that allow stroller access across the park to the Bright Horizons daycare center. I was completely unable to pass there today (both times). I reported this to Bright Horizons - they had already informed the Octagon Management who told them the land is RIOC's responsibility.

Please return the q102 sign to the 40 River Road S/B stop. This morning at 10:15, MTA bus 3580 skipped the stop in spite of numerous people trying to flag him down. If you are going to move the stop, move both signs.

Motorgate elevators Acknowledged

The elevators on the north end haven't be working for years. There are many people who need to park on that end and require an elevator, especially handicapped. If you are handicapped or have health issues you are forced to try to get a space at the south end which is extremely difficult or park and walk inside the garage which is dangerous to the elevators and then walk back on the sidewalk to the building you are going to. The garage is in such disrepair. The lights in the north stairways are out many nights and there is garbage and debris all over

  Not only is the garage filthy, it is not properly lit. Walking to/from your car in darkness is scary and dangerous...curbs you can't see, slippery areas because it gets wet inside (how, I don't know), and never mind the possibility of some bad-intentioned lurker who can hide-out and wait for someone vulnerable. The people in the office are rude and not helpful at all. We made a big mistake by moving to this island!

  RIOC and Central Parking are responsible and those are the only people I've had a problem when talkin with them. The people who actually work and tend to the garage have ALWAYS been helpful, courteous and caring. It's those who don't use the garage who don't care. Once again, another problem stemming from non-reisdents being too involved and having too much control and power.
  
  I suggest everyone write to Governor Cuomo's office as well, which can be done online and the RIOC Board.
