I saw the sign that this place was availible for rent. I went to look at this property and upon inspection of property, I saw large cracks along the wall on the side of the building. I have a feeling that this build may collapse due to the size of the cracks in the wall. I would like to have someone inspect the buildings safety before someone leases or rent this place out.

Thank you Firstly, Mr. Martello for your quick response to my and the neighbor's concerns regarding the above property. I did a little research in the Town Code Book. In Chapter XVII-Property Maintenance. This property is clearly violating the rules set forth. I hope that the town will be swift and correct this problem. Just to tell briefly, when cleaning my own property, I must of picked up 100 rusted nails, and other debris from this property in my ally way. The back door window is broken, therefore anyone can go in-maybe the Heath/Police Departments be told as well. Lots of garbage in the backyard as well as overgrowth as in front as well. A worker may only come maybe once every three months for a day to work on 197 Laurel Avenue. Another neighbor(hear say)- told me that The Government Agency OCEA was there, because on that day, the man working there where illegal immigrant and not having any certification in construction building and working under very dangerous conditions. In closing ,I again am politely asking that the town enforce the rules to the highest extent. The owner of 197 Laurel Avenue has previously been told and warned. We need to clean up this town and be firm, it is just not fair to all the tax payers. Lately I have seen a lot of homes a wreck-like something out of Detroit. Please, please help keep our Town nice. Thank you for your time. Respectfully, A concerned citizen of Kearny

What can I do about woodworking being done at all hrs of the day and night? The noise and dust is driving everyone around crazy. Not sure if it's a business but some serious things are being made with heavy duty electric saws and nail guns.

Town of Kearny needs to fix the main water pipe. This has been a problem for years now. It causes sewage to backup in people's basements, it causes the street to sink in where old pipes are destroyed underneath. It's a health issue when water backs up in people's driveways and starts to grow green mold. It smells and no matter how much the people snake out their pipes from their homes it doesn't help until the town removes and replaces the old cast iron pipes. Most of which have tree roots grown into them causing them to be clogged.
549 Davis Ave Kearny, New Jersey
Would like to request that an inspector look at the digging project that the owner of 549 Davis Ave has been doing in his alley. It is in progress now and has undermined and weakened the adjoining house's fence. About six inches of ground has been removed, and the grade of the land is being changed. Similar work has been done at the other end in the yard, causing rainwater to drain into the next yard.

There is an illegal business being run out of this house on the 2nd floor. It's a cake business & especially on the weekends there are so many people coming in and out that it is a disturbance to all the neighbors and blocks driveways of other homeowners.
7 Alexander Ave Kearny, NJ
I live at 12 rose st in Kearny and my neighbor at 7 Alexander ave has his gutters disconnected and dug a trench diverting rain water on to my property. He also has a table set up next to the spout deflecting water away from his house and on to my property. I spoke to him about the situation and he does not care. All the extra water coming from his roof onto my property is causing damage to my property. I have some pictures of the situation. But could only upload one if you need me send more just reply to my email listed below.

The home owner's (Antonina Lewczuk) grandson(Daniel Lewczuk) has established residence in the basement of the house. I believe it to be dangerous and in violation of the building code. I have asked that he move out but he has refused. I can be reached via my cell at 302-547-9282.
I am Walter Lewczuk, the owners son.
Please contact me if an inspection is required as I will need to arrange with my uncle to meet the inspector. I live in Delaware and mom has limited mobility due to a stroke.
