The family that was renting this house was evicted. Now the yard is overgrowing the house. The neighbors are concerned about the possibility of rats, snakes, and other critters. The county was notified, and said they could not do anything. We had to call the Town of Cramerton who also said they could not do anything because it was in a "gray area". The neighbors want the yard kept up to eliminate the possibility of infestation.
THIS HAS BEEN FIXED FOR NOW.
6820 Pleasant Oaks Circle
house has been abandoned for years and the yard has not been touched. overgrown yard, weeds to the windows, fallen limbs, trees etc.
Still no change. House has been boarded up but needs to be demolished. Taxes have not been paid in two years, yard looks like a jungle. Only a matter of time until it becomes a health hazard.

There is a poorly erected, maintained fence on the property line dividing The Essex Condominiums abd Coventry Row Condominiums. The fence was erected by The Essex HOA without approval of the residents. It was erected without the proper building permits. We have attempted to contact the Essex management but have been rudly hung up on by the property manager at The Essex. We have been told by The Essex that unless we are a resident to "Mind our own businees and keep your dogs off our property" When we asked for the HOA president name and number we were told by The Essex management that information was protected by law. We keep our property maintained and wonder why our neighbors cannot due the same. We have been told The Essex is struggling financially. Please help us fix this problem. Thank you, Collen. Just call The Essex and see what tone you are met with. NOTICE the overgrown weeds. This fence is UNSAFE. The other issues at The Essex are the failure to maintain code for Americans with Disabilities. NOBODY has any control of HOA's!! Fence being held together with twine.

The occupants of the property moved out in the middle of the night 8 months ago. The weeds are as high as the porch an growing into the road. I now have rats and snakes in my yard as a result and it smells like something died in the backyard. Two houses up from this one is another one in even worse shape. No one has made any attempt to clean up thses properities and it is now a health issue with West Nile Virus in the State. Could someone please check this property and the one 2 down from it? My property value should be lowered due to these lots. Thank you.
Old Dutch Road At Highway 601 Fairview, NC, USA
The stops signs in BOTH directions on Old Dutch Road at Hwy. 601 are hidden by small trees and overgrown brush.
Both stop signs are located in curves, and cannot be seen until the last second (there are skid marks in the road that prove it!)
On the Old Dutch Road West side, there is a small sweet gum tree that should be cut down.
On the Old Dutch Road East side, the road splits into turn/straight lanes, and the stop sign is located on the far right of the right turn lane. The sign is not visible until the last second, especially if you are going straight across Hwy. 601.
I have added a photo of the Old Dutch Road West intersection. (There is a STOP SIGN about 8 feet beyond that small tree!)

The sidewalk on Park Rd. just north side of the Briar Creek bridge is overgrown with weeds. This is on the northbound side of Park Rd. just south of the Selwyn Ave. intersection. It is barely passable in some areas.
Park Rd. And Selwyn Ave.
I have reported this problem to the city twice this year and nothing has been done. Shrubbery is overgrowing the northbound walk signal, as well as the sidewalk in that area. It is dangerous and there is no safe spot to wait to cross Park Rd. westbound. In addition, when crossing Park Rd. eastbound, cars making a right turn from Selwyn can't see you due to the shrubbery growth.

The renters moved out & the home owner has not kept up the property. From an earlier storm there is a tree down on an out building, overgrown thicket which causes rodents. Trash is thrown on the back of the property tree line. We have called Gaston Co and nothing has been done. Grass has only been cut twice.
