6/5/14 - The issue was reported to the Department of Public Works. 6/6/14 - DPW has provided a Service Request Number is 7302849.
A Department of Public Works employee declared the utility cover a non-issue as it relates to safety. He stated that if the problem worsens that he can be reached directly to address this issue. Midtown Alliance will continue to monitor the issue and is also available to re-report to DPW if the issue worsens over time. Thanks and have a wonderful day!

The crosswalk button at Piedmont and 5th is broken, which means there's no way to trigger the pedestrian signal.

This house was abandoned and now has a "coming soon" real estate sign in the front yard. The weeds, trees and grass have not been taken care of and it is an eye sore!
City of Brookhaven City Manager's Office assigned this issue to City of Brookhaven Code Compliance
Code Compliance has investigated the property and mailed a letter of violation to two different addresses. Agent stated that he would have the grass cut.

5 feet wide in cul-de-sac
This street has been determined to need patching. The City will begin these projects starting July 7th. As part of this capital project the City has hired a paving contractor to complete this work. There are 13 different roads that will be repaved and numerous locations in the city that will have large scale patching performed. The schedule for this work will be determined with the contractor this week. Once a schedule is confirmed it will be posted on the City website.
