1480 Monroe Drive Northeast Atlanta, Georgia
The HAWK pedestrian signal added to this location confuses most drivers, who have no idea what to do when the lights change from solid red (stop) to alternate flashing red (which means drivers can proceed if no pedestrians are in crosswalk). Most drivers don't know they can proceed on flashing red (if there are no pedestrians in the crosswalk), so traffic remains blocked unnecessarily until the signal goes dark.
How about posting the rules so people know what to do? Or at least a sign that says "Stop on flashing red, if no pedestrian, then proceed" or similar?
Brannen Road Southeast / Eastbound I-20 Exit Ramp To Gresham Road Gresham Park, Georgia
The traffic light timing at the Eastbound I-20 Gresham Road exit has been malfunctioning lately. During peak, as well as non-peak hours of the day and night, the light will turn green but quickly change to red within 5 seconds causing a back-up at the exit ramp, specially for vehicles turning left onto Gresham Road. The light for the Gresham Road traffic however, will stay green and cycle green on both directions several times for about 3-5 minutes..again, this while the exit ramp light will only stay green for less than 10 seconds allowing only 3-5 cars at a time.
Traffic Light At Redan Road And Covington Hwy (278) Decatur, Georgia
Traffic signal for cars turning east (left) onto Covington Hwy (278) from Redan Rd often not working. This is the traffic signal at the Race Trac station. 2-minute long green signal allows traffic going straight along Covington Hwy, then a short 10sec green follows for traffic coming out of the Pendley Hills mall. Normally, a short green commences after the Pendley Hills green for the Redan Road traffic, but lately this fails to happen and the traffic waiting at Redan Road is bypassed for another long green light in the Covington Hwy direction. This creates much frustration and dangerous behavior for drivers wanting to turn left, wherein they turn right on Covington Hwy and make illegal U-turns to get on the eastbound direction. Don't blame them as they'll otherwise be stuck at the junction indefinitely.
PLEASE FIX THE TIMING ON THIS LIGHT as it has been a problem for months now.

The iron manhole cover in front of Wells Fargo, at the traffic light has started to slide over. If it continues to move over, a tire could go down into the hole/space. Please check into the issue.

The intersection of Flat Shoals Rd and Fayetteville Road in East Atlanta is badly in need of repair. It is dangerous to turn or cross the intersection, as traffic moves so slowly through here.

There are many children on Rollingwood Ln SE in 30316. Many vehicles speed on this street. We need speed humps installed ASAP. We are very concerned about children being harmed. Mary Lou Ln SE nearby had speed humps installed and there is a noticeable difference in the traffic patterns on that street. Please help.

When approaching Monroe on 8th, there is a sign that allows parking in the right lane of traffic very close to the intersection. As the other lane is a left turn only lane, cars parked in the right lane block the intersection. In addition, drivers are forced to break two traffic laws: crossing a solid white line to change lanes, and changing lanes within 50 feet of and intersection. There is plenty of parking behind the business that this parking serves, and it creates a hazardous situation. If it caused and accident, the city could be sued.
I have reported this to the city in the past but have never received a response.
Thanks! Thanked!150 Blackland Rd Atlanta, Ga
This pot hole resides mischievously in the traveling lane of traffic . It is accompanied by a giant metal sheet that serves no purpose in terms of helping the issue . instead of covering the pot hole , it acts as a knife ready to murder your tire. Unfortunately my car fell victim yesterday to the city of atlanta's lack of attentiveness to the roadways . My tire was annihilated and my alignment destroyed . This is not only an eye sore, but a hazard to all traveling vehicles . I am tempted to take action against the city personally for damage afflicted on my vehicle . Please call the city out on their irresponsible management of our roadways !

When turning onto College Ave from Greenwood Ave, it is extremely difficult to see the oncoming traffic in either direction. You have to inch your car out into the street. Trees/shrubs need to be cut back.
