Illegal Dumping Acknowledged

40 Gordon St San Francisco, CA, USA - South Of Market

Every Tuesday night 351 9th st pushed a ton of cardboard and trash onto Gordon street with only one recycling recepticale. They would need 8 for the amount of material they dump. Homeless plow threw this and by morning it looks like an explosion went off. Please help take care of this issue. It's effecting businesses in the area and attracting homeless, graffiti, drug use and crime.
