For the past several months, a man has been selling drugs out in front of the Discount Beauty store, @ 86 3rd Street.
To makes matters worse, the owner of that building is allowing this man to live in the apartment above, which is not up to code for people to live in. The owner also knows this man is a drug dealer.
The clincher is this: This man is selling drugs right in front of his toddlers, and he keeps the kids in the same car which he stores the drugs in, while selling; a black Chevrolet Blazer. He stores the drugs in a small fabric lunch bag, in the rear of the Chevrolet Blazer.
130-154 Hoosick Street Troy, New York
The number of derelict, decrepit, abandoned buildings along Hoosick Street is absolutely incredible! Half of the buildings along New York State Route 7 appear on the verge of collapse!
They should be condemned! This is not a good way to welcome motorists along this busy thoroughfare into your city!

East Of Interection Of New Turnpike Road Troy, NY 12182, USA with Route 142.
There is an intersection in Troy, on route 142 (125th street), just east of the traffic light at New Turnpike Rd. One lane splits into two. The right lane goes right (onto 5th ave) or straight (remaining on 125th street) and the left lane remains on route 142 (Northern Drive, at this point). The arrows on the road are completely gone, as are the lane lines, and I can't tell you how many times I've been almost sideswiped by cars in the right lane, turning left on Northern Drive. At least 90% of cars remaining on Route 142 (Northern Drive) make that left turn from the right lane. Could new lines and arrows please be painted in that area??
122-124 College Avenue Troy, New York
The large pile of the snow on the west side of the intersection of 14th Street and College Ave makes it impossible to see if vehicles are coming up College Ave when turning from 14th Street. There's already a "No Parking From Here to Corner" sign on College Ave to suggest that vehicles shouldn't park there to block the view of oncoming traffic - this snow pile is worse than when cars ignore the No Parking sign.
4 Bank St. Troy, NY
There is no street parking on the south side of Bank St., but the new tenants at 4 Bank have as many as three cars parked in this very narrow street at any given time. It would be impossible for emergency vehicles, snow plows, etc. to make it through, and their neighbor across the street has a had a very difficult time entering/exiting their drive.
The street is marked with 4-5 "no parking any time" signs (all new and legible), so ignorance is not the issue.

3081 6th Ave Troy, NY 12180, USA
There are stores on either side of Douw along Sixth Ave. and the customers of these stores throw the trash everywhere. City trash cans would be a start - in front of each store and the police station.
Walking patrol should also start issuing tickets to litterers. People would think twice about tossing a chip bag on the street if they were
fined for it!
It shouldn't be up to a few concerned citizens to clean up everyone else's mess.
