3117 Sixth Avenue Troy, NY
Sixth Avenue between Douw St. And Swift St is getting worse as the road surface keeps getting worse in potholes keep forming. in that they were never taken care of over the last year and a half.

When I drive on 15th street from hoosick st, heading toward RPI, I am always amazed at the horredous condition of the road surface. It is like riding a bump, dip, pothole filled roller coaster.
I'm really quite surprised that given RPIs influence in Troy and it's world renowned status, this street is allowed to even be in such a state of disrepair.
Parents bringing (or visiting) their kids at RPI college must be baffled at how the road in front of the main campus of a $60k /year college can be neglected like it is?!
I also think there should be a tunnel under the street at the main crosswalk on 15th street. This would allow students to safely cross ANYTIME and allow drivers on 15th street to continue past RPI without worrying about students crossing in traffic.
14 Oakwood Ave Troy, NY
There is a sunken utility access in the center of Oakwood Ave, right in front of Sausse Ave and 14 Oakwood Ave. Being a truck route many trucks hit this sunken hole and it makes a god awful loud noise and shakes nearby houses.
Please DPW come fix this ASAP.
166 Delaware Ave B
On Lincon Ave. the town did a great job with the sinkholes, but I would have figured the town would have done some road repairs while it was closed. Top of the hill is very rough and uneven. Sunken manholes covers all down the hill.
84 Lincoln Ave. Troy N.Y.
Over a year ago, the DPW did a nice job paving Stanton Street...also patching the top of Lincoln Ave. But while doing the top of Lincoln the crew ran out of Product and left it a mess and never finished the job !...to add insult to injury, 150 yards down Lincoln from this mess, the road is almost IMPASSABLE for anyone driving a MOTORCYCLE..This situation can be Life Threatening for any 2 Wheeler....but I guess our city can afford a lawsuit now that they will be flush with cash after raising most of our taxes...sad,very sad...but that,s par for the course around these parts.

Route 7 (Hoosick Street) from the bottom of Alternate Rte. 7 to the intersection of South/North Lake Avenues is horrendous! Bump after bump and pothole after pothole. I drive this route everyday to get to I-87N, and I'm surprised my car is still in one piece.
Second Avenue Lansingburgh, near Price Chopper
The City of Troy needs to fill two large potholes on Second Avenue in Lansingburgh at the entrance to the North Troy Price Chopper nearest Burger King. Drivers coming out of the Price Chopper lot turning right onto Second Avenue stand to damage their cars if they hit these potholes. Pedestrians walking out of the parking lot can get injured if they step into one of them. This is a busy intersection that needs this issue addressed immediately.
