People constantly treat this old cemetery as a dog park. They let their dogs off leash to run and many if not most do not pick up after their dogs. I know for a fact that folks drive in from Brunswick and Wynantskill, park on graves and let their dogs run. Can we please get some signs and start issuing tickets for these offenses!?

The upper half of Bolivar Ave's street lights have now been out for 1 month due to a downed wire. This is a Safety issue as many families walk their dogs at night and it is pitch black. National Grid has been contacted on several occasions as has the city. So far nothing has been done!

I've watched people for 8 years now allow their dogs to "go" on my lawn as well as the Funeral home's lawn... Dead patches of lawn and poop all over... Just today I watched a guy in his 20's allow his WHITE dog to rip flowers from my neighbor's yard.. I can't believe that people are that IGNORANT.

16 Oakwood Ave. Tenants moved in about 6 months ago with a HUGE rottweiler. The poor dog is relegated to the 3rd floor open back porch almost all the time. And, it barks regularly. I've spoken with the owner and the landlord. About a month ago, I even bought the owner a corrective dog collar that beeps when the dogs barks. Either it isn't working or he didn't bother putting it on the dog.
Today it's barking again. I've had enough. I call animal control and can't get through. I don't want to bother the police with this.
So... what's the deal with Troys animal control phone number listed on the TroyNY.gov website? 518-270-4640
You call it and it asks you to punch in YOUR phone number and then asks for your PIN number.
Obviously, something is screwed up there. It's been this way for months or possibly years.
If someone has a need to contact animal control... how would they do it?
