That is the address the complaint was originally issued to. I have re-sent the concern to inspect both 624 & 626 Selby Ave. since 622 Selby has already been inspected and closed by Code Enforcement. The new file number is 14 331882
The recycle containers on the sidewalk belong to Ramsey County but are maintained by St. Paul Public Works. Code Enforcement contacted Public Works on the 9-25-14 to empty both the recycle and trash containers
