  Can't someone just call the cops & have the car ticketed? Parking regulations don't allow parking too close to a stop sign. I forget how close you're allowed but it sounds like this car is closer than the law allows.

  The car belongs to an old lady that parks there because it is close to the walkway to her door. She is old and has trouble getting around. She does not park too close to the stop sign and leaves pleanty of room. Ihave driven past that car every day for 18 years and never had a problem.

  That small stretch should be a no parking zone. It is very dangerous when that car is parked there.
