Noise in common area behind Century Collection Townhomes Archived

710 Bryant St. Raleigh, NC - Southwest

Noisy college-aged neighbors behind Century Collection townhomes using backyards as a common area and screaming & partying at all hours of the night b/c they think they can. However, this is not party central; send out a letter to address this annoying issue and include the times of the Raleigh noise ordinance and consequences for making noise.

Noise from factory Archived

710 Bryant St. Raleigh, NC - Southwest

Noisy factory NC Products/Oldcastle Precast on Withers Rd making noise due to outside construction. This noise carries over to the Century Collection townhomes. They need to build an enclosure around their equipment or the builder needs to build a wall up against Tryon Rd.
