no guard rail on right side of east I-696 just past telegraph over pass Open

This section of I-696 in the area of Telegraph road over pass really scares me!!!.The road there is a drop off of over 30 feet from the edge of the road. Their is a sign warning "this bridge may be icy". Get a guard rail installed as soon as possible!! This is a disaster waiting to happen!!
