There has been an abandoned bike chained to the bus stop sign on Millbrook (just before Oldtowne Road) for a month. It never moves (I drive past 4 times a day on weekdays and weekends).
I have referred this to Capt. Brugger of the North Police District. When his officers have a chance to respond I'll update this issue.
We have picked up this bicycle.
