Traffic trying to go east on rt.2 wait for a left turn arrow that does not allow enough time especially in relation to the time given to
the other traffic flow/directions. Also on Sunday mornings the traffic light is on the same weekday sequences. This is ridiculous
because there is a fraction of the traffic on Sunday morning. I have to believe this light could be programmed to make it easier for
traffic on the weekends.

Why was the new turning lane built? It is not needed. Is it to turn into the woods/fields or what. Worse traffic flow because now you cannot pass slow vehicles such as buses/trucks. Traffic now worse and it seems alot of people do not know how to use a turning lane
Rt 301 And Abbe Rd.
The State has cut two left turn lanes down to one at Rt 301 (Abbe Rd), Southbound at Rt 611. This has caused a major tieup for the Southbound traffic on Abbe Rd. The whole idea of the two left turn lanes was to help traffic to keep moving when the Ford Plant let out and when truck traffic backs up coming from Ford and other places in Sheffield Lake.

The traffic signal N.B. at 301 & Oster is sensing a vehicle in the turning lane causing the light to turn red and give a green arrow to N.B. and S.B. traffic. I believe the loop detectors need an adjustment since it changes when no vehicle is there. Also the Ford factory light at the two other drives should be on flashing yellow.

Now that they took out the Left turning lane from Harris onto Colorado, Traffic is backed up so bad you cant pull out of Brookside or Middle school. there used to be a left turning lane, then the people turning right could just make right turn on red and keep the traffic flowing. Now the lane is a wide turning lane FROM Colorado to Harris. Drive down it at 3:00 on weekdays and check it out.

Prior to the screwup of the changing of the traffic flow at RT 611 (Colorado) and RT 301 (Abbe Rd), there was a sign , in the West bound RT 611, stating "Continous right turn, on Red, with caution". Now that sign is gone and a LOT of people still make the continous right turn. Why was the sign removed? That was a good idea.
